This refund policy applies to all purchases of goods and services from Slryxellox. As a consumer, you have rights under Dutch consumer law.
For distance purchases (online or by phone), you have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. This period begins on the day after receipt of the product or after the conclusion of the agreement for services.
For installation services, the following provisions apply:

In case of withdrawal within the cooling-off period, the costs of returning are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed or when the product does not match the order.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used.

For products with warranty, the manufacturer's warranty policy applies. For defects within the warranty period, products can be repaired or replaced, depending on the warranty conditions.
For complaints about delivered products or services, you must contact us within 14 days after discovery. We will process your complaint within a reasonable period and provide an appropriate solution.
As a consumer, you have rights under Dutch consumer law. For disputes, you can contact the Disputes Committee or the court.
