Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This refund policy applies to all purchases of goods and services from Slryxellox. As a consumer, you have rights under Dutch consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal

For distance purchases (online or by phone), you have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. This period begins on the day after receipt of the product or after the conclusion of the agreement for services.

3. Installation Services

For installation services, the following provisions apply:

• If the installation has not yet started, you can cancel the agreement free of charge within 14 days
• If the installation has already started with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal expires
• In case of cancellation after the start of work, costs may be charged for work already performed

4. Returning Goods

Goods can be returned under the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in original packaging
• The product is not damaged or modified
• Return occurs within 14 days after receipt
• You contact us first before returning the product

5. Return Costs

In case of withdrawal within the cooling-off period, the costs of returning are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed or when the product does not match the order.

6. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made products
• Products that deteriorate quickly
• Services that have been fully performed with your consent
• Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

8. Warranty and Repairs

For products with warranty, the manufacturer's warranty policy applies. For defects within the warranty period, products can be repaired or replaced, depending on the warranty conditions.

9. Complaints Procedure

For complaints about delivered products or services, you must contact us within 14 days after discovery. We will process your complaint within a reasonable period and provide an appropriate solution.

10. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have rights under Dutch consumer law. For disputes, you can contact the Disputes Committee or the court.
